CREATION OF THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SIMULATION TRAINING TECHNOLOGIES IN THE FIELD OF SIMULATION PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

Abstract

In the current context of digital transformation in education, this article examines
the pressing need to train teachers capable of functioning effectively in a dynamically changing
educational environment. Simulation-based pedagogical education, based on simulation
technologies, represents an innovative approach to developing the professional competencies of
future teachers.
Simulation modeling, as a scientific method, enables the construction of models that
describe pedagogical processes as they would occur in reality, enabling the "replay" of
professional interactions over time and the generation of statistically significant data for
predicting the behavior of pedagogical systems.
