CULTURAL RELATIONS BETWEEN SOGD AND CHINA IN ANTIQUITY AND THE EARLY MIDDLE AGES

Abstract

The article examines cultural interactions between the Sogdians and China in
the ancient and early medieval periods through trade, diplomacy, religion, art, and technological
exchange. The Silk Road facilitated the transmission of economic, scientific, and educational
ideas, reinforcing intercivilizational integration and processes of cultural synthesis.
