DEVELOPMENT OF THE PEDAGOGICAL SKILLS OF FUTURE PRIMARY EDUCATION TEACHERS BASED ON AN AXIOLOGICAL APPROACH

Abstract

This article examines the philosophical and pedagogical definitions,
classifications and role of the concept of values in education, especially through national and
universal principles. It emphasizes the need to use the rich cultural heritage, including folk oral
literature and the literary works of our thinkers, to develop the value-based consciousness of future
primary school teachers. The article also provides practical recommendations on the use of
examples of folk oral literature, historical sites, family cooperation, and competitions in the
education of axiological consciousness in teachers, and it is noted that the spiritual, moral and
professional qualities of teachers are of great importance in the formation of a comprehensively
developed personality.
