Abstract

This article discusses the conditions for the effective formation of gender competence in educational
institutions, the interdisciplinary analysis of the interpretation of the concept of “gender identifier” as a
key component of the socially conditioned holistic development of the individual and the specifics of the
school’s gender structure.
