The main goals of the representatives of the Jadidism movement in opening new style schools
were to renew religious schools, to introduce them to modern secular knowledge, and to improve
their organizational and methodological aspects. Considering the high level of illiteracy of the
population, they considered it necessary to introduce new methodical schools
