Abstract

This article discusses biofeedback games that help children control their biological
signals using computers or special devices and use them correctly and effectively in the educational
process. The use of biofeedback games for preschool children will help involve them in physical activity
and develop skills in managing their physical condition. The main goal of biofeedback is to provide
information about the child’s physical condition and internal physiological processes, thereby developing
his or her ability to self-control
